The monthly rate will be: 1-bed apartment: €1,387.50/month 2-bed apartment: €1,599.60/month 3-bedroom apartment: €1,762.50/month A deposit of one months rent minus €50 is required per unit. There will be an additional monthly charge for each unit in this development for refuse services. Please note parking is limited at this development.
