A range of silver en-suite rooms are available from €329 per week, with academic year contracts running for 38 weeks from 28th August. Rooms are single-occupancy with a private en-suite bathroom and are fully furnished, with access to a shared kitchen and living space. All bills are included in the cost. The residence includes a wide range of on-site facilities such as a gym, cinema room, study areas, resident lounge, and roof terraces, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and secure access throughout. Short-term summer accommodation is also available from 19th June to 22nd August. Rooms are offered on a self-catering basis, with a private en-suite bedroom and shared kitchen/living space. Rates are €350 per week (inclusive of utilities) for stays of 6 weeks or more. A refundable €250 security deposit applies. Shorter stays may be accommodated subject to availability at an adjusted rate. Room availability is limited and may fluctuate throughout the year.
