Corleigh is located on Lake Road which when it comes to locations, especially in Cobh, there isn’t much better. Located only minutes' drive to the town where you have all local amenities and a wide choice of schools close by. You have the option of the bus, train, and cross-river ferry for access to Cork city along with easy access to the N25. The view from this property is so good that a former Cork Harbour pilot decided this was where he would raise his family. The same gentleman had the distinction of guiding the iconic ocean liner the Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2), into Ringaskiddy on the occasion of the Cunard Line celebrating 150 years in business in 1990. Built more than 50 years ago, Corleigh is a detached dormer bungalow and has a wonderful elevation, sitting high above the harbour and with the excellent good fortune of a south-facing garden. The living room has large windows and a fitted stove, but the views nearly make you want to turn the sofa around. TVs seem wasted with views like this.
