The owners worked very closely with the council and have now got full planning permission for a two storey extension to the east side of the house, still leaving you with plenty of garden and of course you will have an amazing view for the upstairs of the extension to the property is listed so the lodge cannot be knocked but the plans integrating the lodge are fantastic. Location wise you are at the East end of town which is a bit undiscovered I always say. The bus stop is literally a 2minute walk, the local shop is a 5 minute walk and you are all downhill to town to get to the Centre and train station.
