The master bedroom is positioned to the front of the house and again overlooks the green area. The en-suite adds hugely to it but it's the volume of space to it, that wins the vote. The second bedroom is located to the rear, it's a lovely big space and excellent in condition. The main bathroom has an over-bath shower fitted and is in totally acceptable condition. There is storage space in the attic, and it is a useful addition, with easy access. As a starter home or a property to downsize into, you'd have to think 93 Ashfield East is a lovely opportunity.
