The living room and its feature bay window make for a lovely space. A modern gas fireplace guarantees a snug room and with the floor covering in top condition, very little would transform this room.
Again the space is there to enjoy. There are 3 great bedrooms on the first floor, and an attic space that's big enough to develop and I've seen it done. Two of the bedrooms are double in size and one with an ensuite. Both bedrooms have wardrobe space. The single bedroom is large for a single room, and again the potential is great with it.
The family bathroom is located easily for all the rooms.
No.15 Castle Crescent has volume of space and style. The house has had use, but these are great properties with great potential.
