    SEAVIEW property as per photograph from our decking above. 3 bedroomed detached house that is a 3 minute walk to a secluded beach (Sandeel Bay) with 14 other beaches within a very short drive. The house is ideal to simply unwind & relax. ***We are booked out for June, July & August 2021*** There are playgrounds on site, as well as a tennis court, an astro soccer pitch & a GAA pitch. The house comes fully equipped with an oven, fridge, standalone freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, nespresso machine, children's travel cot & high chair, black out blinds, bed rail protector, patio furniture, 2 sun loungers, 32inch TV with Sky, DVD player, iron & ironing board. We have broadband installed in the house. Bed linen and hand towels provided. House sleeps 7; downstairs there is a king size bed with en-suite including electric shower. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one has a bunk bed and the other room has both a double & a single bed. Furthermore upstairs there is the main bathroom with electric shower/bath. There is a travel cot available if required. Rates from €400 per week off season. Weekends/Shorter Breaks from €300. There is lots to do in the area of the Hook Peninsula, such as a visit to Hook Head Lighthouse, Loftus Hall, Tintern Abby, Duncannon Fort, Dunbrody Abbey, JFK Arboreteum, JFK Family Homestead, Dunbrody Famine Ship & many more. Also just outside Wexford town, a trip to the Irish Heritage Park is well worth a visit. Loads of good eateries in the area, the best known being Dunbrody House.
