We will meet you on day of arrival, welcome you and answer any questions you may have. All reservations are subject to refundable €200 per week security deposit being received. Full rent is paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival date with deposit returned on the day of your departure, subject to property being in the condition it was received. We look forward to welcoming you and your family. Suaimhneas is a comfortable, homely 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached holiday home in Rosslare, the sunny south east of Ireland. Comfortably sleeps 8, large kitchen come dining area along with patio & substantial private, enclosed garden make it the perfect location for a family break. Property has all mod cons, Wi-Fi and as we use it regularly ourselves, is in good condition. Suaimhneas is 3 minute drive from the beach, 10-15 minute walk, and is located in a private development of 4 houses.(as opposed to a holiday village) In Rosslare the facilities are very good and there is plenty for all members of the family to enjoy. We have our own list of helpful hints to make your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We want anyone who stays in Suaimhneas to feel its a home from home and to have a holiday you will always remember. Suaimhneas is 1 hour 45 mins from Dublin and is 15 minutes from Rosslare Harbour Port. Useful additional info : Property has one bath and two showers, two of which are en-suite. Perfect for guests of all ages. Real fire in sitting room, as we all love the look and feel of a real fire! Wardrobes in all bedrooms, hand towels will be provided in bathrooms but guests are advised to bring their own larger/beach towels. TV has all standard channels and there is also an extensive DVD collection and some board games for our guests to enjoy. There is also a real coffee maker and a stand alone back up fridge freezer in the utility room so guests can stock up on food and drinks at their leisure. Back garden is large and fully enclosed with an outdoor patio area with table & chairs, football goals for the kids and a sun room for those that like the heat. Suaimhneas is strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed.
