- One ground floor king size bedroom alongside the main bathroom with a bath & shower.
- One ground floor wheelchair accessible queen size room with a wheelchair accessible en-suite featuring a wheel in shower.
- One first floor twin bedroom overlooking the bay en suite with a bath & shower
- One first floor super king size room overlooking the bay en suite with a bath & shower.
There is a sitting room with a wood burning stove & TV with cable & DVD player. The kitchen has all facilities needed to cater for 8 guests along with an electric hob, microwave, oven & grill, fridge & freezer, nespresso, cooking utensils & processors. Other facilities include iron & ironing board, hairdryers in all rooms, stereo & hi fi in the kitchen & along with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Off the kitchen & dining area there is a conservatory that gets the sun from early morning throughout the afternoon & this room is the perfect spot to relax & watch the activity in the bay. Off this conservatory is a private back garden with a patio that has dining & seating for 8 along with a large double burner gas barbecue offering the most magical space to enjoy & entertain overlooking Dingle Bay.
