SPACESLIVING AREAThere is a luxurious living room with views of the lake, it is cosy with a real fire, wooden beams and nautical pieces to suit the location by the water, it has lovely couches and armchairs to sink into and relax. Up a few steps is an elegant dining table with views out the patio door to the lake, slide open the door to let the sound of the lake in. Step out onto the flagstone patio and there is a large wooden table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining, an aperitif or glass of wine. There is an outdoor fireplace here that can be lit to keep you warm as you savour the outdoors.There is a separate but adjoining kitchen that is fully equipped - perfect for preparing those delicious meals; and offers additional seating for breakfast or that quick cup of tea before heading back out onto the water.OUTSIDE SPACEThe dining area opens out onto a stone-clad patio with outdoor fireplace and kettle BBQ, so whatever the time of year, it’s the ideal setting for long lazy lunches with friends or a relaxing time looking out on the lake.BEDROOMSThis house sleeps seven very comfortably, it has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double and a single and a bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom has two large singles and a separate bathroom. The third, the master bedroom has a California King Size bed (extra long for the very tall) and a large bathroom. The master bedroom has lots of space and a wonderful views to the lake. The beds are cosy and comfortable with goose down quilts, cotton bedding and luxurious mattresses.BATHROOMSThere are three bathrooms in this home, bedroom one has an ensuite with a shower. Bedroom two has a separate bathroom with a bath/shower.
