To the front the house looks out to Mount Brandon, from the side over to the Burnham Lagoon, at the back on to curious cows. The house has one en-suite double bedroom, one twin with washbasin, a family bedroom and another twin. There is a large family bathroom with separate shower and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Leading out of the kitchen there is a large living room with French windows out on to decking. There is parking for up to 4 cars. WiFi is available. Dingle Townwith all its entertainments is a twenty minute walk but the house is out of the hustle and bustle of town. There is a good shop at the Londis Garage to which you can walk mostly along the shoreline, past a number of scuttled wooden boats. The safe, patrolled beach at Ventry is a five minute drive. There are also restaurants and a shop at Ventry. The house has under-floor heating in the kitchen, living room and twin-bedroom. The rest of the heating is electric. There is also a gas bottle cast-iron stove. The unique Burnham Lagoon is a 5 minute walk from the house. Here you can watch ospreys, goosanders, Little Grebes and Egrets. We have also seen an otter.
