One well-behaved dog is welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. There is a travel cot and highchair available on request. Within 3.3 miles there is a shop and within 3.7 miles, a pub. Yew Tree House is a wonderful base for a countryside retreat. Please note: Children must be always supervised due to the stream in the garden. It is 14 miles north of Wexford, at the tidal extreme of the River Slaney. In the town, there is also an interactive museum dedicated to narrating the narrative of the legendary 1798 rising. Visitors may now enjoy a swimming pool, leisure centre, golf, tennis, a superb selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants, as well as a weekly farmers' market.
