The holiday home has a beautiful conservatory and a south facing enclosed back garden. Guests can enjoy access to a childrens play area and tennis court at the holiday home development. House layout This 3 bedroom holiday home can sleep up to 6 people. The house has a conservatory with dining room table and also an enclosed back garden that is south facing. Facilities The house is beautifully furnished with open fire in the sitting room, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer fridge with ice box, cooker and microwave. There is a DVD player with dvds in the house also. The dining table is located in the conservatory and seats 6 people. This house has oil central heating. WIFI Downstairs there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with free standing shower. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms: Master bedroom with an ensuite and walk in closet, and a twin bedroom. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath. Outside Located just a few minutes from Rosslare's famous Beach, Chestnut Grove is in walking distance of the Blue Flag beach and the centre of the Village making all amenities easily accessible by foot. Kellys Resort Hotel is located nearby. Londis Supermarket, Launderette, Church, Sports & Recreation Centre, Playground and School are just minutes walk away. There is Private Parking and a Playground on site. Extras Electricity and heating is extra and charged at €8 per day for June, July and August. From September to May the rate of €10 per day will apply. This is payable to the caretaker on arrival.
