Things to Remember: Bed linen and towels are available in the house There is a Highchair and cot available for little people There is a selection of children's toys and books available in the house The garden and deck area is enclosed and has outdoor furniture and a BBQ There is plenty of off-road parking available A starter pack for the solid fuel stove is available Nearest shops and pubs for great food and traditional Irish music sessions, etc: 5.5KM in Oughterard village Nearest beach: 33KM Mountain biking: 4.3KM Taxis and bus service are available to and from the house Sorry no pets are allowed Sorry no parties or loud music Sorry no access to the lake for guests Sorry no smoking in the house Check-in from 3 pm and check-out by 10 am Minimum 5 days booking in low season: Jan - May and Sept - December Minimum 7 days booking in high season: June, July, August To secure the booking a deposit of 20% is required and the balance is paid 8 weeks before arrival date. A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid by bank transfer on arrival.
