A second double bedroom also has its own en-suite and harbour outlook, while the third bedroom has twin beds. A family bathroom with electric shower, WC, and WHB completes the accommodation. The bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area leads out onto a spacious patio where you can relax and take in the coastal scenery. A sunken sitting area provides a cosy spot to unwind while still enjoying the views. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more. A separate utility room provides a washer, dryer, and an additional fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a second lounge with a large L-shaped sofa and TV with DVD player, offering extra space to relax after a day exploring the area.
