It is surrounded by mature trees and has a large deck on the lake side of the house where you can catch a view of the lake and the mountains through the gaps in the trees. It has a stream running through the garden, it's lovely to hear the sound of the water as it makes its way to the lake. The first bedroom has a patio door to the decking, a king size bed and a bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has a single bed. The fourth bedroom has a king size bed and a patio door to the front of the house. The beds are cosy and comfortable, with cotton bedding and luxurious mattresses. Bathrooms There are two bathrooms and a separate WC in this home. Bedroom one has an ensuite with a shower. There is a family bathroom with a bath/shower and there is a separate WC. Living area There is a luxurious living room with views of the lake in the distance, it is spacious yet cosy with a real fire to warm you on those winter days, it has a couch and three huge armchairs to sink into and relax. At the other end of the room is another lovely couch and coffee table if you fancy a bit of space to yourself to read your book. And there is another nook off this room with lots of light and easy chairs, another space to relax in. The living room opens out on two sides to the deck, on a fine day leave the door open and listen to the water and the birds. Step out onto the decking and there is a table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining, an aperitif or glass of wine. There is a lovely informal dining room next to the kitchen, this also has a door to the deck outside. This has a long wooden table and can seat up to 10 people, so it's perfect for sitting together as you chat and eat and enjoy a few glasses of wine. There is a separate but adjoining kitchen that is fully equipped - perfect for preparing those delicious meals; and offers additional seating for breakfast or that quick cup of tea before heading out to explore the area. Outside space The sitting room and dining room open out onto a deck where there is a table and chairs and a BBQ, it's the ideal setting for long lazy lunches with friends or a relaxing time looking out towards the lake.
