Description This self catering holiday home has three ground floor bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people: two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with an ensuite in the main bedroom There is a luxurious family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. At the front of the is a cosy sitting room with large screen television, comfortable seating and open fire, perfect for cooler evenings. The beautiful well-equipped country style kitchen is the perfect place to prepare your feasts. Outside there is a landscapes garden with furniture where you can sit and relax with a refreshing drink whilst the children can play and explore. The village of Duncormick is just a short stroll away. Just a short drive from the house is the village of Wellington Bridge which has amenities such as post office, supermarket, petrol station and pharmacy. Other heritage sites locally include Tintern Abbey, Dunbrody Abbey, Hook Lighthouse, Loftus Hall, Clonmines, Slade Harbour and Templetown Church. When it comes to beaches you'll be spoilt for choice! The area of Duncormick has many beaches, with Cullenstown and Kilmore Quay close by. Both of which are perfect for family days out. The vibrant town of Wexford is a 30 minute drive away, and is a must with many restaurants, shops and pubs to explore. Facilities The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, fridge, etc. This lovely country kitchen is ideal for dining with friends. Bed linen & towels provided. No Smoking Security deposit is €150 paid to the caretaker on arrival and is refunded on departure when the property is left clean and tidy with no breakages. Bins are provided. Strictly no pets Notes It is advisable to bring extra towels and beach towels.
