The sleepy village of Butlerstown is less than 1 mile away, and offers a pub and shop. Go for a dip at Blind Strand Beach (2 miles) or the sandy Dunworley Beach (3 miles). Visit the Patrick Keohane Monument (2 miles) or set off on a whale-watching adventure at the seaside town of Courtmacsherry (3.5 miles) - here, you'll also find a handful of independent eateries and the Courtmacsherry Coastal Loop path.
