Bedroom 2 is upstairs and furnished similarly to Bedroom 1 but with the addition of a single bed also. Drapes and blackout blinds again ensure that the early morning sun does not interfere with your lie-in. From this room there are fabulous views of the grounds, sea and mountains. The en suite is bright and spacious with corner power shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 3 also upstairs, has a large en suite and is furnished similarly to Bedroom 2. A door from this room opens to a large and private deck that overlooks the grounds and provides breathtaking views of Sneem harbour and surrounding mountains while you relax and enjoy your coffee in the morning sunshine. The south-facing rooms and conservatory are flooded with sunlight that streams through large floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. These open onto a paved sun patio with dining furniture and a gas BBQ for you to enjoy a long, relaxed breakfast on beautiful sunny mornings and al fresco dining on warm summer evenings. Geothermal heating system provides underfloor heating throughout.
