Coghlan Auctioneers was set up in Killarney in 1983 by Paul Coghlan and the business was taken over by Michael Coghlan in 1996 having qualified as an Auctioneer/Chartered Surveyor. Prior to returning to Killarney, Michael spent four years working in the Dublin property market and also worked as a surveyor with Donal O’Buachalla Co. Ltd and as a commercial surveyor with Coras Iompar Eireann. Coghlan Auctioneers joined forces with Sherry FitzGerald in March 1999 and the alliance has proved a huge success. Our business has grown from strength to strength over the years and we pride ourselves in providing an efficient and professional service to buyers and sellers alike.
