It is situated in secluded location about ½ mile from fine Blue Flag beach, Derrynane House and gardens (the ancestral home of Daniel O'Connell) and Derrynane National Historic Park in area of exceptional coastal scenery. The village of Caherdaniel is about a mile for nearest shop, pub and restaurant. Pony trekking, watersports available locally. Lough Currane (10 miles) renowned for its salmon and trout fishing and sea bird sanctuary. Waterville (9 miles) has two championship golf courses. Private gardens with furniture and barbecue.
