McHugh Property Lettings and Management established in 2009, with 13 years experience in the Kildare and the surrounding areas and twelve years experience in Mayfair and Knightsbridge, Central London.

We are an Independent, Licensed and Regulated Business specialising in the Lettings market only, covering all areas in Kildare offering our long experience and in-depth knowledge of the local market.

McHugh Property Lettings and Management are hardworking, dedicated and pride ourselves with offering an honest and professional, competitively priced service.

Our landlords are offered a Letting only service comprising the following:
Inspection of property with rental valuation
Property Advertising
Property viewings
All reference and documentation collection from rental applicants
Deposit and first month’s rental collection
Completed PRTB form
Inventory of property
Lease Agreement
Gas and Electricity readings and changeover of bills
Monthly standing order set up from Tenants account to Landlords account


And if required a Full Letting and Management Service comprising the above and the following:
McHugh Property Lettings will collect the monthly rent directly from the tenants and paid to the Landlords account on a monthly basis
Monthly statements provided
Liasing with the tenants with regards to any problems or maintenance issues that may occur
Quarterly Inspections of the rental property
We have a selection of Carpenters, Tilers, Electricians and Plumbers available for all maintenance issues and refurbishments if required.
