While only formed in 2009, M&C Property has now firmly established itself as the market leader in the Mid West Region in the areas of residential lettings, residential estate management and more recently asset management, commercial estate management and student accommodation management.

Managing director Donogh Madigan has been in the property management business since 2002 and together with his staff has obtained a well earned reputation for providing a prompt, professional service to landlords, tenants and property owners across the residential and commercial sectors.

We currently let and manage over 500 individual properties and are the managing agents for over 40 management companies across several counties.

We have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of Property Management, both commercial and residential and we would especially like to hear from anybody who may wish to appoint or in fact change managing agents as there is always a better solution to be found and we are confident that we can provide it for you.

We operate from The Red Church
Henry Street, with a staff of thirteen people who are fully trained and ready to deal with any aspect of property letting, management and sales.


Company Expansion

As part of an ongoing expansion programme for the company we recently decided to enter the property sales and valuation business. We have recently been appointed as asset managers to several large commercial and residential projects in the Galway region so the decision was made to open a branch in Galway City center to deal with all property services in this area.
