After meeting with you to discuss your specific criteria, then our work will start, we will source a potential shortlist of properties that will hopefully fit your desired requirements and give a report on each one. We will then arrange viewings and negotiate with the seller/agent to agree a satisfactory price/letting agreement and then work with all parties involved to progress the transaction to completion.
