Paul Grimes & Associates LTD T/A REA GRIMES was established in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, in 1971. We expanded in 1993 with a second office in Skerries, Co Dublin. As a firm we are members of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI RICS). Our sales, letting and valuation teams are individual members of the SCSI & RICS.

REA GRIMES are one of the founding member firms of real estate alliance. In 2002 Paul Grimes Senior spearheaded the working group involved in the initial stages of the setting up of REA, the national property grouping of experienced, professional and qualified agents - the then members of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IAVI).
