Property Partners Richard Cleary is an independent auctioneering firm located at 5 William Street, in the heart of the vibrant town of Tullamore which is the principal town of Offaly. We are a proud member firm of both the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and also The European Confederation of Real Estate Agents. We currently deal with residential sales, commercial sales, agricultural land sales, industrial sales, sites, property lettings & management, new developments, valuations, rent reviews, probate valuations etc.

Our office is open 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5.30pm and through appointments we also conduct viewings outside of these hours.
