The facilities are open all year round except for the pool bar which only opens from May to October. Prices: 2023 Weekly rental tariff January/February €1,000 March /April €1,200 May €1,500 June €1,850 July/August. €2,100 September €1,900 October €1,250 November/December €1,000 Conditions 20% non-refundable deposit on booking. Balance due 8 weeks in advance of scheduled arrival. Rate is per week. Price includes weekly maid service, towel change mid week. Electricity is not included. The meter will be read on arrival and departure and charged accordingly. €150 will be held as security deposit for electricity and key. Changeover Day Departures 10am - arrivals 4pm.
