This is a magnificent Villa situated in a very quiet enclave close to the exclusive Old Village area of Vilamoura and overlooking Pinhal Golf Club. It is a 15 minute stroll to the upmarket Marina with a huge array of shops, restaurants and the famous sandy beaches of this wonderful holiday resort. It is only 25 minutes from Faro Airport and the area is well serviced by taxi's and buses along with all the local and regular car hire firms. The accommodation consists of 3 large bedrooms all of which are ensuite. In total the property can sleep up to 9 persons comfortably and the master bedroom which is situated on the ground floor also enjoys a sunny terrace. There is a large open plan dining and TV area off the fully equipped kitchen which has 2 sets of sliding doors leading to the pool and sunny garden with lots of room to sit out and relax adjacent to the wonderful outdoor BBQ. We have a local agent who can meet and greet and look after you during your stay. The Villa is very well stocked to include beach towels, cable TV and free WiFi. Outside of peak season prices start from a low of €800 per week. During July and August we only consider stays for a minimum of 14 nights with a Saturday turnover and prices start from €1800 per week.
