But just step into the lift and you'll find the building's shared amenities are at your fingertips, with use of a huge hot tub, an outdoor pool and several communal spaces – including a barbecue area. Built next to a Gothic church dating from the 15th century, your home is in the small village of Santa Candia, surrounded by forests. There are great hikes on your doorstep and ancient castles to visit, but Barcelona is just an hour's drive too.
