Closest McDonald's is at 5 min car drive. Airport is at 10 min drive. Available private room, with lock, in shared apartment,fully furnitured, with private balcony. Private room includes double bed, incorporated  large wardrobe, a drawer, a dedicated workspace and cable internet + wifi. For stays of 1 month or above, 1 weekly deep cleaning is provided at no additional cost. For stays of 1 month or above, utility bills may be charged, depending on the consumption. House rules: 1) it's a shared apartment, therefore it is required to be dressed in common areas such as the kitchen and living room. 2) If you wish to be naked in your room, please close the door. 3) Clean after yourself. 4) Respect other guests. 5) Respect quiet hours 9pm to 7am. 6) Washer available once a week, per guest, on a specific day of the week, yet to be determined.
