This is a lovely, bright, dual-aspect apartment, located a short walk from Grand Canal Dock. About you: I am looking for someone friendly, respectful and considerate who appreciates a quiet, relaxed environment. No smokers / vapers. Not suitable for home workers. Guests with prior agreement. The other occupant: One person, the owner occupier, Irish female professional, early 40s. I work from home 1-2 days per week. I have a cat also, he lives mostly outdoors. Deposit The first month's rent E1,300, plus E1,300 security deposit and references are required to secure the room. A secure underground parking space can be added at extra cost, if required.
