A comfortable double room is available in a 3-bedroom home shared with a couple, s in their mid to late 30s and their 2 dogs. The house is located in a quiet residential area with excellent access to the South Ring Road, Macroom, Ballincollig and surrounding areas, making it ideal for commuting. We're a clean, considerate, and easy-going household and value those qualities in the people we live with. Everyone contributes to keeping the house tidy, clean and well-maintained, and we're looking for someone who is happy to do the same. The house is friendly and warm but peaceful. A car would be essential for this property as it is not serviced by a regular bus route, parking is available at the house. The available room would best suit someone at a similar stage of life, ideally mid to late 30s. The shared spaces are relatively compact, and while there is a kitchen table that can be used occasionally, there is no dedicated desk or home office space available.
