We are a couple with two children (one under 2). We’re now looking for a female tenant to rent a single room in our home. This is a quiet, comfortable owner-occupied family home with young children, rather than a traditional house share. The room would be particularly suitable for a lady who has a busy routine outside the home and is looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to come home to. Kitchen facilities are available for preparing and eating meals. The home would best suit someone who enjoys a quiet and independent living arrangement and doesn’t require extensive use of communal areas or spend prolonged periods cooking. Ideal for someone who: • Works or studies outside the home during the week • Has an active routine outside the house • Is independent, quiet and respectful • Is comfortable spending their downtime in their own private space • Has a light/simple cooking routine rather than cooking elaborate meals every day This is not a traditional rental shared-house environment, so please only enquire if this type of living arrangement would suit you.
