We’re now looking for another female tenant to rent a single room in our home. This would be ideal for someone quiet, respectful, and independent, who enjoys a peaceful, family-friendly environment. Location: Kilnamanagh – Quiet & Friendly Neighbourhood • 8 min walk to Kingswood Luas Stop (30 min to City Centre) – 1 stop to Red Cow with direct airport buses • A 24-hour gym will be opening soon just 5 min walk from the house • 5 min walk to Dunnes Stores, pharmacy, post office & beauty salon • Easy access to The Square Tallaght Shopping Center • 25 min walk to B&Q, Dealz, Home Store & More, Starbucks, Burger King, Jysk, • 15 min walk to West Park Gym (Tallaght), Aldi. About the Room & House: • Single room (ideal for someone who doesn’t need a study space — no desk or study facilities available) • Shared bathroom with the couple • Fully functional and spacious kitchen • All bills included (electricity, heating, internet, bins, etc.) Please note: We have a friendly 8-year-old Labrador, so you must be comfortable around dogs.
