Will be sharing with one other person - middle aged easy going guy from Cork . Looking for a quiet, friendly, tidy and respectful person to share the space. Preference for someone who is not working from home, and aged above 30. Bills are not included and will be split between 2. One month deposit in advance. Area is great, just 10 minutes walk from SuperValu and local pub, and 15 minutes walk from Ballincollig town centre. Parking included and just minute drive from the link road - very well connected for Cork City and surrounds!
