€600 per person per month plus bills. Twin room with shower ensuite. This is the best location in north Dublin. Our house is close to everything. St Patrick's College DCU and Marino Institute are 10 mins walk only, while DCU main campus is 25 mins walk or 10 mins cycling. For public transport, there's a Dart train station 25 mins walk and lots of busses to Dublin city centre at the end of the street. Tesco, Lidl, Spar, pubs, takeaways, coffee shops, gyms and a wide range of retail shops are all within walking distance. Lots of parks and areas for walking close by. By bus, the city centre is just 15 mins away. Our house is situated in a fantastic area. We have a cat.
