You should expect a similar level of bills on average per month in 2026. Bills are higher in winter months (due to more electric/heating) and lower in summer. NOTE: 1) If you lived here for a continuous 12 months, the expected average monthly bills are around 130 per person per month (which includes the 43 contribution for cleaning) 2) ACTUAL monthly bills may vary from the ESTIMATES above due to your usage / cold weather / supplier price changes / vacant rooms / etc. Please note: that future bills are difficult to predict due to the energy crisis which is unfolding with Iran Israel war. However, as we have a fixed price electric contract until Dec 2026, we are protected from any price increase until Dec 2026 at the earliest). * * * All figures are PER PERSON * * * _____________________________________________ CONTRACT LENGTH: - initially available on a FIXED term contract for 5 months from 1 April May 2026 to 31 August 2026. - There may be a possibility to extend after, which will only be known on 1 August 2026 (30 days before contract end). _____________________________________________ DEPOSIT: - Deposit: 1,250 Deposit is higher than the monthly rent for 2 reasons: 1) the value of the contents in the room are a multiple of the deposit value. The deposit is appropriate due to the high cost of the quality items inside the room (new mattress and smart TV, etc). 2) the Landlord pays the monthly bills in advance (before the month starts) but you pay them in arrears (after the month ends). - Deposit must be paid when you agree to rent the room, and first period rent must be paid on the day you enter the property. However, subject to agreement (if your finances require it), the deposit may be paid in 2 instalments as follows: 1) 700: on day you agree to take room 2) 550: on 14 day after entry - Subject to typical terms and conditions, the Deposit is returned to you within 14 days after you leave at end of contract. _____________________________________________
