*SUMMER MONTHS - JUNE JULY AUGUST ONLY* READ CAREFULLY... Please DO NOT contact me if you are looking for anything other than a SHORT TERM LET for the summer months of June July and August. (I will not reply) You can rent the room for any period during those months but the MINIMUM rental period is 2 (TWO) WEEKS If a couple is renting the room - ADD 30 Euro extra for bills. For all rental periods the amount is payable IN FULL for the first 2 weeks and then weekly after that. IMPORTANT - Bills covered in FULL are Superfast Wifi, Bins and TV licence. However the other bills are only as follows - €10 CONTRIBUTION to ELECTRICITY & €10 Gas in your weekly rent. NB This is usually sufficient to cover electricity needs (prepay meter) depending on how many tenants there are. Any extra owing on the gas will be deducted from your deposit. Any excess will be returned to you. A security deposit of €200 is also required.
