Hi Everybody! We have a cosy room in Edenbrook/Citywest available to rent from 1st November. It's ensuite, with it's own mini-kitchen, oven, fridge and hob for cooking. The room is very bright, clean and warm, it has private bathroom. Double bed mattress is very thick, medium-hard and comfy. House is equipped with all modern appliances and fast internet 500mb Vodafone media fiber . We got shed in the back of the garden, so if you bring bicycle with you it will stay safe. 5 min walk away is Luas station. It takes 50 min to get to city center. Very close is Citywest shopping center and gym. Bathroom is shared with other housemates. Me and other housemates are in our 20/30s, and we work from home. We are open minded and respectful guys. Each month we share bills. When applying please send us message writing about yourself. Highly recommend seeing. House is only 5 years occupied, all appliances are new and modern.
