We have a large double room available in our shared house from 1 November, as our previous housemate has moved on to a new chapter. You will be sharing with two females who both work full-time. One works from the office five days a week, and the other three days a week. We all keep the house clean, comfortable and pleasant to live in. We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, preferably a full-time working professional. The room is a large double bedroom with its own private access to the back garden. This access is exclusive to the tenant of this room. You will also have your own toilet and a storage room. The shower will be shared with one other housemate. One parking is available. The room can be taken unfurnished. Alternatively, the previous housemate is selling some furniture and household items for approximately €50, including a double bed, study desk, study chair, coffee table, clothes racks, etc. The house is located in a peaceful, friendly and safe neighbourhood. It is approximately a 15-minute walk to Leopardstown Valley Luas Station and a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with the 44 and 118 bus routes providing direct access to Stillorgan, UCD, the city centre and DCU. A large Dunnes Stores is also located beside the Luas station. Bills are shared and include electricity, gas, broadband and bins. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in the house.
