Semi-detached house in suburb, spacious kitchen with a clean and comfortable common area for dining and receiving guests. Monitored alarm, and a safe tight knit community on the road. Large driveway and parking space on the street. Large paved back garden for bbqs. Bills are around 30/month/person. We would look for 1 month standard deposit, references. 2 other occupants female and male, very clean, respectful and good-tempered. Local park within 3 minute walking distance.
