Looking for a person to rent a single room with shared bathroom. The room has been freshly decorated and comes with a new bed and mattress, new bed linen and a new flat screen tv. The room also boasts generous fitted wardrobes with a desk area,, This is a bright, private and quiet room,, the house would be shared with one other tenant and is owner occupied. You and the other tenant have sole use of your own large and bright dining and tv area.. Looking for a friendly and extremely clean person to share this lovely house but would have to be pet friendly for one little dog.. The house is a 5 mins walk to the 122 bus stop, 8 mins to Pelletstown train station, 10 mins to Aldi, 15 mins to the Phoenix Park. All bills ( electricity, gas, wifi, etc) are included, no hidden extras.. REQUIRMENTS: you must keep your bedroom, bathroom and toilet, kitchen, dining and sitting area clean at all times, respect others and noise levels, NO other guests allowed in or stay over and NO parties, NO smoking, NO vaping and there is no parking available..
