Room to Rent in Spacious, Peaceful Home – Callan, Co. Kilkenny I have a comfortable room available to rent in my large, spacious and well-maintained home in Callan, Co. Kilkenny. I'm ideally looking for a non-smoking female only, working professional who is seeking a peaceful, comfortable and relaxed place to call home. About the House My home is spacious, bright and well cared for, with a large garden and a lovely sunroom where you can relax and unwind. I'm also currently in the process of creating an additional private sitting room specifically for whoever moves in, so you'll have your own separate space to relax, watch television or enjoy some privacy. It will generally be just myself and the person renting the room living in the house, so it's a quiet and relaxed environment. On occasion, I host students for short stays, usually only once or twice a year. I rarely have visitors, so the house is generally very peaceful, with little coming and going. I also have a very friendly dog who lives with me, so I'm hoping to find someone who is comfortable around dogs and enjoys having one around. The Living Environment I really value having a peaceful, clean and comfortable home. I'm easygoing and friendly, but I do appreciate my own space and a quiet atmosphere. I'm looking for someone who feels the same way — someone who is naturally tidy, considerate and happy to help keep the shared areas clean and well maintained. This isn't a busy or highly social household, and I'd like to keep it that way. Kilkenny, with everything you need close by. - 3-minute walk to a local shop and Callan Primary Care Centre. - 15-minute walk to Callan town centre, with cafés, pharmacies, banks, Aldi and SuperValu. - 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. - Approximately 20 minutes by bus to Kilkenny City, with shopping centres, restaurants and train connections.
