It’s a very easy going house atmosphere, i am looking for a person that is clean neat and tidy none smoker. The home is not suited to a person working remote from the house . There is off street parking outside the house ,The house is close to DCU ,Bon Secours Hospital, the Mater Hospital . A short walk from the house you have bus routes 24, E1,E2 and 19 Utilities are included in the room rate, including heating, electricity, gas, bins and WIFI.
