Looking for someone clean, considerate, and comfortable living with pets. The tenant must be comfortable with cats having access to shared spaces (e.g., sofa, hallway) and agree to keep doors and windows used by the cats safe and secure. Non-smoker, respectful of noise, and tidy in shared areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room). Willing to help maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment (e.g., not leaving food out, okay with occasional fur and the sound of cats). Not looking for tenant that works from home.
