The room is perfect for someone looking for accommodation 4–5 days a week for example, someone who would like a comfortable place to stay during the working week and return home to their family on their days off. The bathroom is shared with two other people. Rent & Bills: Bills are approximately €80-90 per month and are not included in the rent. A one-month deposit is required. The deposit cannot be used towards the last month's rent. The notice period is one month. Location: 3-minute drive to Intel 10-minute walk to bus stops for the C3 and 52 routes and to Louisa Bridge Train Station Lidl and Leixlip Amenities Sports Centre are approximately 1.3 km from the house There are currently three people living in the house. We are looking for a friendly, clean, quiet, non-smoking person who will help us keep the house and its surroundings in good condition and respect the house rules.
