Available from 1 June 2026 to 9 August 2026 – SHORT TERM ONLY 7 days a week A large single room is available in a family home (4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms + 1 separate toilet), occupied by the owner, her 22-year-old son, and another lodger. There is a friendly, medium-sized dog in the house. The bathroom is mainly shared with the other lodger. All bills included: gas, electricity, WiFi, and bins. Kitchen access included, with dedicated fridge and cupboard space for lodgers, and free use of kitchen equipment. Access to the laundry room and garden. Bed linen provided (duvet, pillows, duvet cover, etc.). Washing products and toiletries are at the lodger’s own expense. Strictly nonsmoking / nonvaping / no drugs!!! Looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly lodger who takes good care of their personal space and contributes to keeping shared areas clean and tidy.
