Small Double bedroom available in quiet estate in Dublin 12 sharing with three others (two male and one female). The house consists of four bedrooms, a large kitchen and separate living room. There is a main bathroom upstairs and a small toilet downstairs. There is a large back garden and room for parking on the street. The house is within walking distance of various supermarkets. A cleaner comes every two weeks to take care of the communal living areas. The area is serviced by the 15A, F1, F2,F3and S4 buses so the city centre is easily accessible. The bus stop is across the road from the estate entrance. Terenure, Rathgar and Rathmines are an easy walk away. We are looking for someone easy going and respectful of others.
