-Room- We have a spacious double bedroom available to rent in our cozy apartment, featuring a terrace with a fantastic view. The room is large enough to accommodate a desk with a very large wardrobe. -Utilities- Monthly utilities (electricity, gas, and internet), along with a bi-weekly cleaning service, amount to approximately €100 on top of the rent. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The terrace is also perfect for relaxing, especially in the summer months. Note: pets are unfortunately not permitted in the building. -Flatmates- You’ll be sharing the space with one male and one female in their early 30s who work full-time in tech. We are not a couple. We’re looking for someone who values a calm, friendly atmosphere at home. We only want to share it one person not with couples. -Documents and Viewing- The apartment is managed by an agency, so they’ll require references. Once accepted and after submitting the necessary documents, we will require you to pay €1.100 deposit and you will be added to the lease.
