We are offering a spacious room with a king size bed and a double-door wardrobe in our home to share/rent. The bathroom is large and will be occasionally shared. The kitchen and living room are also shared spaces. The bus 40E will be the main means of public transport as it stops outside the estate and it takes you to the Broombridge train and luas station which then connects you to Dublin city. It will be approximately 20mins to station on the bus. There is also the bus 40D that also stops in the vicinity with a 10 min walk that can take you to the city(Parnell Street). There is a Lidl and Supervalu in the vicinity which would be less than 10 min walk from the house. Note: It will be a 3 month rolling contract and it can be extended as per your need. We prefer a single person occupying the room. Whats included in the rent: Bills Whats not included: Groceries, Bed and pillow covers, covers, toiletries.
